ReviewKind

Honest Google reviews, in your customers’ own voice

Plenty of happy customers mean to leave a review and never find the words. ReviewKind asks them to rate four things about their visit, writes a review from those ratings alone, and hands it back for them to post themselves. Free for any business, and nothing is stored.

A low rating is written honestly, not softened into praise.

120 business types, each with its own four things to rate. Among them:

  • Restaurant
  • Cafe or coffee shop
  • Bakery or cake shop
  • Salon or spa
  • Dentist
  • Clinic or doctor
  • Gym
  • Hotel
  • Car garage or service centre
  • Coaching or tuition
  • Real estate agent
  • Plumber

Rate four things, get a review

Customers rate four things with one to five stars. The four depend on the kind of business. Try it: change a star and watch the review change its tone.

Demo CafeDraft review

4.8 stars on average

Really enjoyed my visit to Demo Cafe. The food was fresh and full of flavour. Service was quick and friendly. I would happily come back.

Tone: Warm

These sample sentences were written for this page. In the app, Google’s Gemini writes each review from the ratings, any visit details the customer ticks and their own words, if they add any. 120 business types in all, grouped by industry, from restaurants, salons and dentists to garages, schools, lawyers and plumbers, each with its own four things to rate. Two choices, whatever the rating

When the review is ready, every customer sees the same two choices, side by side.

2 stars

The review is copied and Google’s review box opens. The customer pastes it, reads it over and posts it themselves.

Send to the owner privately

The review goes to the owner instead, on the WhatsApp number or email the owner added.

At 2 stars, both choices are still offered.

Google’s policy does not allow review gating, which means sending only happy customers to Google. So ReviewKind gives everyone the same path. It also avoids repeating wording it used recently, so reviews do not read alike.

Set it up once, print the card

The owner enters the business name, its type, the Google review link (or Place ID) and, if they want one, a private WhatsApp number or email. Back comes a customer link and a printable QR card.

Nothing is stored. The settings are packed into the link itself, which is why it is long. This preview packs only the name, so it is not a working link.

Honest by design

A review is only useful if it is true. ReviewKind writes from what the customer said and nothing more, and the customer reads it before anyone else does.
